tiang today i decide to dress them with white rose rounding with some bling bling gold... but the result come out look a bit like indian style nehh... tOO bad, i was wasted 20minutes to done it but turned out were not tat one i like....sob sob... too much bling bling or too much roseeee or coz of the basecoat colour???? A BIG QUESTION MARK around

今天和镁子一次过做了两个蛋糕。。。厉害吧。。。
要有好吃又成功的蛋糕背后需要加一点耐心，温柔，爱心，手力，时间。。。

其实我也帮不上什么忙，敲一敲，倒一倒，秤一秤，调一调时间。。。tiang tiang... 日式芝士蛋糕，及松糕(sponge cake)...

镁子是我刚搬进来不久认识的一位漂亮的女生，她很斯文，温柔，古典型美女，超爱做蛋糕，跟她接触久了望望你可能会变成她身边的胖子或者胖女，因为她是在超喜欢做糕点！！！可惜搬来不久认识也只不过是1个月的时间我就快回国了，要不然你们可有眼福会看到更多的款式蛋糕。。。朋友加油，相信你一定可以成为一位出色的糕点老板娘，祝福你！！！！

材料：

忌廉芝士 Cream Cheese 250g

雞蛋 Egg 3隻

淡忌廉 Whipping Cream 100ml

栗粉 Cornstarch 30g

糖 Sugar 50g

步驟：

1. 忌廉芝士加三個蛋黃打勻

2. 淡忌廉打起，加入栗粉

3. 三個蛋白加糖打勻﹝不用打得太起﹞

4. 將步驟(2)加入步驟(1)

5. 將步驟(3)慢慢加入步驟(1)

6. 放入焗爐用160-170度坐水焗50-70分鐘

星期二走路去Tesco（30min才会到) 扫货卖了很多饼干，巧克力，和ice cream...现在有promotion 5pound for 2... 哇，便宜到啊！！！当然要买啦！！！我选了strawberry cheesecake & 恩恩喜欢巧克力口味。。。这品牌的冰淇淋真是一级榜！！！

Bobo...我煮来喝了！！！哈哈哈哈~~~我个人很喜欢姜的糖水所以放了很多姜，所以有点辣
番薯甜甜很好吃但是我出过火了。。。

倒数6天我就快回国了，很不舍得，但是却很兴奋！！！哈哈哈！！！

今天恩恩又独霸电脑，无聊的我兴致勃勃起来，又为自己的右眼化妆起来顺便锻炼一下自己的第二次。。。要耍性感，耍有型的鸡宣告失败。。。（半怪兽，如你所愿我又把脸遮上啦！！！哈哈哈，老实说我自己也觉得遮住我的脸是最美的）哦，对了。。。我的头发好少哦！！！有什么可以帮助鸡毛生长得更茂生呢？介绍叻!!!

1st time meeting with 10 Asian ( 5 malaysian & 5hongkies) at Frankie & Benny's restarant. Quite Fun n joy. Nice gathered with a new friends. Okay, these was the 1st time im chating in Cantonese, vry funny leh... lol....(if you find me quite then u knw la, im a shy gal wat)
Darren n i was shared a so called big 15" pizza, it was tasted good , i like it so much... the serve of chicken was fresh enough... oh yeaH...

We was plan wanna pay a visit since so long but then this restaurant seem like dun want to ean our money. 1st time going is their offduty, another day going they was out for lunch( 3pm-5pm) terrible long right...OK finally we knw their timetable & tian tiang, we got the chance at last.
Restaurant was full with customer. Luckily we no need to wait for our seat. We ordered 2set Dinner- Tomyam Chicken with Beef stir vege, GreenCurry with mince porkball...
OKOK nia, the Tomyam not spicy at all... Coconut milk tasted more than the greencurry. Mince porkball perfect...n the beef also not bad
